Not Worth the Price

I purchased this item based on the glowing reviews, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The product looks good, but performance-wise, it’s underwhelming. It started having issues after just a few uses, and customer service has been unresponsive to my inquiries. The features it boasts are either buggy or not fully functional, and I feel like I overpaid for something that should have cost much less. I wouldn’t recommend this to others unless some major improvements are made.
